Trip to Tunisia

Beautiful place for those who enjoy desert-like landscapes.

Unfortunelately,I don´t like it;I prefer extensive forests,I´d rather prefer green than brown.

But the monuments were OK, the roman Colisseum,the Islamic Temple,the Roman Fortress...

And the Oasis,that is nice ! Those high palms,the waterfall,that turquoise color of the water,it was simply peaceful.

Ah,the same peaceful as the Camel Ride, a real pity it was raining,but well,it added something different from a normal ride,and I like that weather,the rain.

The only bad thing of Tunisia is the Zoco´s salesmen.
They´re annoying,agressive,intimidating and cunning.

And my trip partners can tell about that,we had to go in big groups while buying souvenirs !

However,the trip was worth it.

The Story

Early life:
Son of a rich family of Jude shopkeepers.
At the age of 23,he obtains the degree of Doctorate on Law and works as an employee in many Life Insurances companies.

Career history:
He wrote many short stories and novels,such as The Metamorphosis,The Trial and The Castle.

How I became a fan
In High School I read three short stories about him, "In front of Law", the story of a mouse´s life,and the anxious story about a man suffering pain from a vicious vulture (voltor).

And some days ago on my flat there was a power cut; I didn´t knew what to do until the light was restored so I began to read a copy of The Metamorphosis.
And after the power was restored,I kept reading it and when I finished it, I definitely liked Kafka´s writing style.

Why I like him / her:
He shows directly,with his stories,his inner fears and feelings,which are common on us;surely,we sometimes have felt the same way as him.

Joan, halloween

Hello friends !
I knew you would come here,so I´ve been practising my greeting. (laughs)

OK, enought of bad jokes I´m here to talk a bit of Halloween.
I´m sincere to say that I haven´t celebrated this Celtic party and the "All Saints Day" too.

Personally, I think that almost everyone celebrates more the "All Saints Day" than the "Comercial Halloween"; because it´s a tradition and is clearly more followed than a foreigner´s party.

But it doesn´t mean that Halloween sucks as a party !
If the next year someone invites me to a "Halloween style" party I would come !
