Say good bye to the class

Well, this is ended classmates!

I'm sad, because after 6 years (and with others during more)we have shared all kinds of moments: meetings, trips, laughs, weepings ... but all this things have allowed us to be who we are today. We can say that we have grown together.

But, in the other hand I'm excited by the great changes in our lives that will change in the next months. I think that life has to change, because if the life didn't change it would be very boring.

I want to say you that I'll miss each of you althought that I hadn't the same confidence with all . I'll miss the fights with Lester althougt I don' like to recognize it , the dances of Tammy, the "gossips", the hugs of Mayte, my old friend Lurdes ... I would never finish the list.

I wish a lot of luck all and I hope that sometimes we enter in the blog and remember things that during this year we make written here.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of social websites like Facebook, Fotolog, Messenger...?

Nowadays, the social websites like Facebook, Fotolog or Messenger are fashionable, specially among the young people. At the moment, more than 70% of the young people have an account in some of this websites. However, there are positive and negative aspects of this social websites.

One the one hand, social websites allow people to communicate with their friends free, so they let so save money instead of pay for use the phone. Another advantage is that you can share your photos and videos with the others and enjoy with them. Moreover, this websites let to meet new people or to find old friends.

On the other hand, social websites have many disadvantages. For example, social websites can be dangerous, because unknown people can be admitted to your photos or your information. Another problem is that these websites can become an addiction, because a lot of young people waste a lot of time instead of using more time with the studies or with the family. In addition, not always is good to meet so many your friends, it's better to let something for the imagination.

As a result, social websites has positive aspects but we can't forget the disadvantages of them. I think that the best option is to use them with responsability.

Do you know what are the things that I like?

I love EL CANTO DEL LOCO, which is my favourite group of music. Dani Martín, who is the singer of the group, is my platonic love and I can't stand people who speak bad of him!!!

I collect things of Betty Boop, that is a symbol for me.

One month ago, I visited Tunisia, where I had never been and I like it very much. I saw a different culture!

On 12 of June, when we'll finish the selectivity exams, we'll be free and then, we'll can enjoy a relaxing summer!

My favourite colour is pink, which is very bright, and my dream is to have a car of this colour, concretly a MINI, that always will be fashionable.

Sarah Jessica Parker, whose film is filming, is the main character of Sex and the city, which is my favourite TV series.

Memories from Tunisia

Three weeks ago, we took a plane from Barcelona to Tunisia. Then, we were really excited and (although that many companions couldn't come) we never doubt that this trip would be incredible and we would never forget it.


In this week I lived a lot of new experiences: I took a plane for the first time, I rode in camel, to be precise a dromedary (the experience was very enjoyable but very painful), I was in the desert where it was so beautiful and the most important thing to survive in the typical zocos : I learnt to haggle!
Also we had the opportunity to know ourselves all more and there was very much companionship in the group, we shared even the pipes(the famous "xixes" that nobody forgot to buy to bring to Barcelona ).
Morover, together we have spent moments that we didn't forget. For example, when Lester fell in the swimming pool and he did a cut on his head (We Love "Brechas"), the classes of aqua-gym in the swimming pool or the famous spectacle of the "girls" when Edgar won as " The Pantoja ".


When we came back, our faces were sadder, because the trip had ended. But in our hearts will exist this perfect trip forever.

We are Lurdes and Ana and we’re from Barcelona, the best city in the world.
We believe that we are the best candidates for the best job in the world in the Hamilton Island in Australia as a caretakers.

We think this because we have all the necessary requeriments for this job. We love the beach and we have good swimming skills: Lurdes has a lifeguard course and Ana does swimming competitions since she was a child. He always says that the most important thing in the life is to be happy and fighter. He says too that we must support the illusion that we take inside and demonstrate what really we are.

Early life:
With only 14 years old, Dani gave the jump to the small sreen presenting a TV show for the young people that it said: "Ponte las pilas". Then, he discovered his passion for the interpretation, so that he decided to study it for 7 years. It was in the school of theatre when "El Canto del Loco" borned at 1997.

Career history:
At the beginning the components of "ECDL" were Dani and Iván, because they were friends of the theatre's academy. Then, David Otero (the Dani's cousin) and Jandro (son of a friends of Dani's parents) entered in the group and finally Chema (friend of David of the faculty).

From this moment, ECDL has been winning an important place in the musical world and after more than 10 years, ECDL is a symbol for the Spanish pop-rock, and the flight of two of his components (Iván and Jandro) has not been an obstacle for his great success.

How I became a fan:
Since the first moment, I've been feeling very identified with his songs, for me the songs of ECDL are more than a few songs. The last 23 of December I was present at my second concert and it is an unforgettable experience.

Why I like him:
I love him for his way of seeing the life: he's a bit crazy! And he obtains to transmit to us this philosophy. I admire him because he has taught me that we must give importance to the really important things.

The Christmas Day

The Christmas Day is celebrated on 25 of December, when is commemorated the birth of Jesus Christ. Therefore, is a Christian party that is celebrated in countries as Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Guatemala, Finland, Belgium, Britain, France, USA... One of the main protagonists in the houses during these Christmas days is a Christmas tree decorated with lights and colour figures.The night of Saint Claus

At midnight of 25 of December the famous Saint Claus (nickname of Saint Nicholas) visits the houses to leave his presents. The history of Saint Nicholas is known by his great interest of to help the poorest children. But, the adversiting of famous brands as CocaCola transformed the much-loved Saint Nicholas in a character of North Pole that wears red suits and he has a long white beard.

The Saint Claus
Firstly, the Saint Claus was original of USA and later of England and France. In Spain every year is celebrated more. The spanish children are very lucky because the majority obtain gifts the day of Saint Claus and the day of the Three Wise Men (on 6 of January).

Christmas meal in Catalonia
In Catalonia families have dinner in the living room or dining room of their houses where one can find a beautiful Christmas tree and a nativity scene at his feet. Traditionally at Christmas meal people have:The traditional soup gelats with mince meat bowlAt the beginning, it’s typical to do a “pica-pica” with the delicious Spanish (Iberican) ham and Also with seafood, shrimps, prawns.Of desserts: "Polvorones" and "Mazapan" The drink: Champaign and cava.

The family
For tradition, this night of December 24 they re-join every family to have dinner or according to in that family they re-join in December 25 to eat. It is a special enough day.
Also by tradition there are sung Christmas songs that call villancicos, though not the whole world is accustomed to sing them. Not only do they sing at home but also in the church.

Decoration

In the streets:

In christmas, the decoration is very important.
The streets is very lit with lights doing forms.

In the houses:

At houses is very common the Christmas crib, that is a representation of when god was born.
Also in the houses is very common the Christmas tree.
And in the balcony, the people put lights, and the Saint Claus.

If I had one million euros...

If I won a one million euros, first I would bought all the beautiful clothes in the best shops in Barcelona, without having to be fixed in the price. Ooooh.. is my big dream! Then, I would obtained the driving licence and I would bought my favorite car... the pink MINI! I love it!

After, I would invited my friends and my family to a holiday. I think that the money must be shared, because althought that a person has a lot of money cannot enjoy it alone. We would travelled to Grecia for his great history and his monuments. It would was fantastic!

But, If I got so much money I wouldn't like to spend all, because I consider that there are too many people needed in the world and they need it more than I.

But definitively... with the money we can make many caprices, but will never be able to buy the happiness, that it's the biggest caprice of the humanity.

Halloween's party

Hi friends!

Althought that it's 2 of November and it has already a bit late, I want to explain us my opinion of Halloween's party. I've never celebrated this party, and that day I don't make anything special. Halloween is original of Britain and Ireland, and althought that a lot of people of the world celebrate it, the typical party of Catalonia, for example, is "La Castanyera". I prefer to eat hot chestnuts and sweet "panellets". Mmm.. they are so delicious!

But, I'm not in opposition to those persons that celebrate this day as authentic english people, because we all are free of doing what we want.

My flat in London

Hi friends!

I don't know if you know that I will travel to London this summer. I will stay there two months and I've already thought where will I live. The study grant give me 3000 euros (£2.400) for to rent a flat or studio and for to live.
I've found a convenient appartment. It's a flat for one person, with a only bed. But it's sufficient for me. It's very light, modern and it's in the South East of London, in a paceful Neighborhood. Also, the flat has a lot of luxury objects: an enormous TV, a spacious sofa, expensive domestic appliances... Is the flat of dreams!
